As per reports, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ) activists will hold the Seoul Queer Cultural Festival (SQCF) in downtown Seoul on Saturday (01 June). The event will take place from 1100 hours to 1900 hours between Jonggak and Eulji-ro 1(il)-ga and the Seoul Queer Parade will start at 1600 hours in the Jongno area before heading toward Toegyero.
Groups opposing the festival are also expected to hold a rally in the Sejong-daero area, before marching towards Tongil-ro.
