As per reports, a Qantas flight operating from Sydney to Dallas was diverted mid-journey due to a medical emergency on Monday (06 April).
The flight (QF7) turned back approximately four hours after departure while over the North Fiji Basin.
• The aircraft returned to Sydney Airport after conducting a fuel dump to facilitate a safe landing.
• The flight later resumed its journey to Dallas following the diversion.
• No further details regarding the medical emergency have been disclosed.
