As per reports, the third phase of changes to Tallinn’s public transport network is scheduled to take effect from Saturday (01 August), primarily affecting the Haabersti, Kristiine, and City Center districts. The changes include route mergers, new services, route extensions, and revised operating corridors across the city.

• Reports indicate that several bus routes will be merged or modified, including Routes 01 and 14, 21 and 21B, and 41 and 41B, while Route 18 will operate along the existing Route 18A corridor. New and revised services, including Routes 19, 24A, 31A, and 65, are also scheduled to commence operations as part of the network restructuring.
• Reportedly, following consultations with residents and district authorities, Tallinn City Government retained certain existing routes and stops. Planned changes to Routes 20, 23, and 28 were not included in the final implementation package, while Route 13 will continue to serve the Ülemiste City business district with a modified alignment.
• Reports suggest that the revised network is intended to improve connectivity between residential areas, business districts, the Port of Tallinn D-Terminal, and key employment hubs through additional direct services and more frequent public transport connections.
