As per reports, environmental activists tied themselves to a lock on Sunday (18 August) at the Port of Amsterdam, halting an incoming three cruise ships, namely Serenade of the Seas, Ambition, and Amera for several hours which resumed service eventually. An oil tanker was also prevented from docking.

The action was carried out by Extinction Rebellion.
