As per reports, the members of the Himachal Pradesh Blind Association demonstrated outside the state secretariat on Monday (07 April). During this, protestors sat on the road in front of the Chota Shimla police station, blocking the roads and impacting traffic in the area. Commuters reportedly used the Sanjauli Bypass, Dhali Bypass, Victory Tunnel Road, and Toland Khalini Road to commute to Shimla.
