As per reports, the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) held a protest march in Nayapaltan, Dhaka demanding the release of BNP chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia on Wednesday (19 June). The protest march was held in front of the party office during morning hours.

Protestors also demanded the reduction of oil, gas, water, and electricity prices.
