As per reports, 34th annual Long Beach Pride Run is scheduled to take place on 17 May 17 in Long Beach, forming part of the wider Long Beach Pride celebrations.

• The event, organized by the Shoreline Frontrunners, will be held near Bixby Park, with race activities centered around Ocean Boulevard and Junipero Avenue.
• The event will include both 5K and 10K race categories, beginning at approximately 0800 hours local time (1500 hours UTC), with a children’s “Pride sKIDaddle” race commencing earlier at 0745 hours local time (1445 hours UTC).
• The race routes will pass key coastal points, including the Rainbow Lifeguard Tower, and extend along Ocean Boulevard, with the 10K route offering a longer coastal stretch toward the Queen Mary area.
• The Pride Run traditionally marks the start of Pride Sunday activities and will be followed by the Long Beach Pride Parade, expected to draw large crowds and result in increased pedestrian movement across central and coastal areas.
