As per reports, Paraguayan President Santiago Peña Palacios has arrived in the Philippines for a two-day state visit as of Monday (11 May).

• The delegation landed at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 1 in Pasay City at around 1550 hours (local time) on Sunday (10 May).
• On Monday (11 May) President Peña Palacios will lay a wreath at the José Rizal monument in Luneta in tribute to the national hero of the Philippines.
• Further ahead, he is also scheduled to meet with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., at Malacañang. The two leaders will discuss trade, agriculture, investment, and strengthening ties between the two countries.
