As per reports, Manila Electric Company (Meralco) announced that parts of Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite, Quezon, and Bulacan will experience power service interruptions from Wednesday (31 July) to Friday (02 August) due to scheduled maintenance activities.

• Wednesday (31 July):
– From 0900 to 1400 hours: Due to the retirement and installation of facilities and line maintenance works along Kentucky St. in Bgy. Bambang, Taguig City, the following areas will be affected by power outage: Portion of Kentucky St. from M. L. Quezon Ave. to and including Lt. R. R. Cruz St.; and P. Cruz Villa.
– From 1000 to 1400 hours: Due to replacement of poles and line reconductoring works along Jocson St. in Bgy. Malanday, Marikina City, the following areas will be affected by power outage: Portion of Jocson St. from Malaya St. to Kabayani St., including Ateneo, La Salle, and PMA Sts.; Puroks 1 & 2; and the whole of Parklands Estate Subd.
• Thursday (01 August):
– From 0001 to 0600 hours: Due to the relocation of facilities affected by MRT – 7 construction along Don Mariano Marcos Ave. (Commonwealth) in North Fairview Subd., Bgy. Pasong Putik, Fairview, Quezon City, the following area will be affected by power outage: Portion of Don Mariano Marcos Ave. (Commonwealth) from Kia Motors – Fairview to Suzuki Auto – Fairview in North Fairview Subd., Bgy. Pasong Putik.
– From 0030 to 0630 hours: Due to line reconstruction and line reconductoring works along Regalado Ave. in Bgy. Fairview, Quezon City, the following areas will be affected by power outage: Portion of Regalado Ave. from Dahlia Ave. to and including Dali Mart, Far Eastern University (FEU) – Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Center, Far Eastern University (FEU) – Dr. Nicanor Reyes Foundation, Cathedral-Shrine & Parish of the Good Shepherd (Diocese of Novaliches), Robinsons Townville Regalado, Sisters of Mount Carmel Catholic School, Blessed Scalabrini Institute, Petron Gas Station, Greenwich Pizza, and Good Shepherd Catholic School; West Fairview Park Subd., East Fairview Park Subd., Fairview Park Subd., and Ciudad Verde Executive Village.
– From 0730 to 0800 and 1600 to 1630 hours: Due to maintenance works inside the Sta. Cruz substation in Laguna, Meralco will affect power in the following areas: Portion of National Highway from Meralco – Sta. Cruz substation to and including Lynville Homes 10 Subd., Villa Adelina Subd., Celino Subd., El Rey Subd., Sitio Bagong Lipunan, Sitio Masipag, Sitio Maunawin, Sitio San Miguel, Capitol Ville Subd., Sitio Munting Gatid, Sitio Acacia, Sitio Antipolo, Sitio Maulawin, Sitio Narra, Sitio Sta. Elena, Sitio Yakal, Sitio Bagong Anyo, Sitio Huwaran, Sitio Maligaya, Sitio Mapalad, Sitio Pag-Asa, Sitio Pag-Ibig, Lingap Village Phase 1, Bliss Compound, Sitio Banana, Sitio Pulong Alay, Sitio Riverside and Sitio I, II & III; and Tramo Road in Bgys. Bubukal, Duhat, Gatid, Labuin, Pagsawitan, Palasan, Patimbao, San Jose, and San Juan.
– From 1000 to 1500 hours: Due to upgrading of facilities along Parklane Ave. in Bgy. San Francisco, Gen. Trias City, Cavite, the following area will be affected by power outage: Portion of Parklane Ave. from Sitio Kanutuhan to and including St. Joseph Village and Parklane – 8 (Greenview) Subd. in Bgy. San Francisco.
– From 1000 to 1500 hours: Due to upgrading of facilities along Coloong 1 Road in Bgy. Coloong, Valenzuela City, the following area will be affected by power outage: Along Coloong 1 Road from M. H. Del Pilar St. to and including Coloong Pumping Station.
– From 1030 to 1530 hours: Due to the relocation of poles and line reconductoring works in Bgy. Aliliw, Lucban, Quezon Province, the following area will be affected by power outage: Portion of Lucban – Luisiana Road from Lucban – Sampaloc Road to and including Bgys. Abang, Aliliw, Kalyaat, Mahabang Parang, and Nalunao.
• From 2300 hours on Thursday (01 August) to 0400 hours on Friday (02 August): Due to line maintenance works inside Fort Bonifacio Global City, Bgy. Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, the following areas will be affected by power outage: Icon Plaza, Seibu Tower, RCBC – A. T. Yuchengco Centre, Sun Life Centre, Fort Victoria, Philippine Realty Holdings Corp., and Singapore Embassy in Fort Bonifacio Global City.
• Friday (02 August):
– From 0900 to 1400 hours: Due to the installation of facilities in Sta. Cruz, Cavite City, Cavite, the following areas will be affected by power outage: Portion of J. Felipe Blvd. from M. Santos St. to Medina St. in Loro, Bgy. Sta. Cruz; Portion of Alejandro St. from J. Felipe Blvd. to and including Ejercito, Llamado, and Gov. Espiritu Sts. in Kilyawan, Bgy. Sta. Cruz.
– From 1000 to 1400 hours: Due to the installation and retirement of facilities in Bgy. Sapang Putik, San Ildefonso, Bulacan, the following areas will be affected by power outage: Portion of Basuit – Sapang Putik Barangay Road from near Purok 1 to and including Purok 2 – 5; and Sitio Pag-asa in Bgy. Sapang Putik.
