As per reports, planned electricity outages are scheduled across multiple districts of Ankara and Istanbul from Tuesday (23 June) to Thursday (25 June) due to network improvement works, transformer maintenance, preventive maintenance, equipment replacement and subscriber connection works.
• In Ankara, outages are scheduled in the districts of Ayaş, Çankaya, Çubuk, Keçiören and Sincan from Tuesday (23 June) to Thursday (25 June). The planned outages are expected to occur between 0900 hours local time (0600 hours UTC) and 1730 hours local time (1430 hours UTC).
• While some locations in Ankara may experience shorter outage windows, including 0900 hours local time (0600 hours UTC) to 1100 hours local time (0800 hours UTC), 1130 hours local time (0830 hours UTC) to 1330 hours local time (1030 hours UTC), and 1530 hours local time (1230 hours UTC) to 1730 hours local time (1430 hours UTC).
• In Istanbul, planned outages are scheduled across the districts of Arnavutköy, Avcılar, Bahçelievler, Bayrampaşa, Beylikdüzü, Bağcılar, Esenler, Gaziosmanpaşa, Kağıthane, Şişli and Silivri from Tuesday (23 June) to Wednesday (24 June).
• Outages are expected between 0800 hours local time (0500 hours UTC) and 1800 hours local time (1500 hours UTC), depending on the affected locality, with several areas scheduled for outages from 0900 hours local time (0600 hours UTC) to 1700 hours local time (1400 hours UTC).
• The electricity supply may be restored upon completion of the scheduled maintenance activities, subject to operational requirements.
