As per reports, parallel political holiday programs are scheduled to take place simultaneously across two separate venues in Ankara on Saturday (30 May).

• Reports indicate that the elected leader of the Republican People’s Party (CHP), Özgür Özel, has invited citizens and party members to gather at Güvenpark in front of the CHP Ankara Provincial Headquarters at 1400 hours local time (1100 hours UTC).
• Reports suggest that leader of CHP Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, following a contested court decision, is scheduled to conduct a parallel holiday gathering at the main CHP Headquarters at the exact same time.
• Security forces have deployed extensive security barricades, anti-riot vehicles (TOMAs), and police checkpoints around the provincial headquarters near Güvenpark to monitor the assemblies.
