Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi announced via his official X (formerly Twitter) account that he will address a rally in Sonipat on Wednesday (25 September) for the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) campaign for the Haryana Assembly Elections. The rally will be held from 1200 hours onwards along the bypass of Rohtak-Panipat highway in Gohana of Sonipat district.
Organisers and party workers have made preparations for the rally, assembling a special aluminium pandal (shelter) at the venue, while three helipads have been prepared near the rally site, to facilitate helicopter takeoff and landing for VVIPs. Several senior BJP leaders, including Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, will share the dais with the Prime Minister.
