Orange alert for flood announced for three departments in France until Friday (23 January)

As per reports, Météo-France has announced that Finistère, Morbihan, and Ille-et-Vilaine are placed on orange flood alert until Friday (23 January).

• Heavy rainfall has led to rising river levels, overflows, and saturated soils, causing localized inundations.
• Emergency teams are monitoring and responding, with sandbagging and evacuations in high-risk spots.
• The affected areas include Finistère, Morbihan, Ille-et-Vilaine, Brittany, Morbihan, Côtes-d’Armor, Aulne, Elorn, and Odet.
