As per reports, a special open air screening of the psychological horror film Backrooms is scheduled at the Pueblo Viejo de Belchite, Belchite, Zaragoza, Aragón, Spain, on Saturday (26 September) at 2100 hours local time (1900 hours UTC).
• The screening is organised by Embou, Filmin, Belchite Town Council and Belchite de Película, with support from the Pueblo Viejo de Belchite Foundation.
• The screening is scheduled within the historic ruins of Pueblo Viejo de Belchite, an enclosed heritage site where visitor access is controlled.
• Organisers intend to use the historic setting as part of the viewing experience while supporting the conservation of Pueblo Viejo de Belchite. Embou is scheduled to donate EUR 05 for every attendee to the Pueblo Viejo de Belchite Foundation for conservation and restoration work.
• Pueblo Viejo de Belchite can normally only be accessed through controlled visits, with visitors required to follow site instructions.
• The historic site is located near the A 220 road in Belchite, approximately 50 kilometres southeast of Zaragoza.
