As per reports, on Thursday (19 June) at approximately 1330 hours (local time), multiple hikers were caught in a rock slide near Bow Glacier Falls in Banff National Park, about 37 kilometres north of Lake Louise, Alberta.

The incident involves serious injuries and/or fatalities, though exact details remain limited due to the lack of cellular service in the area.

• Temporary closures are expected on the Icefields Parkway, and visitors are asked to avoid the area.
• Reports suggest that at least one fatality is anticipated, but not yet confirmed.
• Emergency crews, including Parks Canada and STARS Air Ambulance, are responding.
