As per reports, the Taiwan Ministry of National Defense (MND) has informed that it has detected 27 PLA aircrafts and seven Chinese PLAN vessels operating around Taiwan, on Thursday (16 May) morning.

In response, Taiwan has also sent aircraft and naval ships and has deployed coastal defence missile systems to monitor the PLA activity.
