As per reports, a multi-vehicle collision occurred on Monday (17 November) morning, along Al Maktoum Airport Road, coinciding with the first day of the Dubai Airshow and resulting in significant delays for motorists and visitors.

• An overturned van and several damaged vehicles were reportedly moved to the roadside, while glass and broken car parts were scattered across the roadway
• As per the latest reports, there are no confirmed reports regarding injuries.
• Dubai Police has reportedly issued a traffic alert noting heavy congestion on Al Khawaneej Road leading toward Airport Road, with traffic build-ups particularly near major intersections.
• Authorities have reportedly madvised drivers to remain alert, maintain safe distances, and use alternative routes such as Al Khail Road or Emirates Road.
• Police patrol teams are actively monitoring conditions and coordinating with traffic control centers to manage the flow and resolve bottlenecks.
