As per reports, Moroccan police, in coordination with customs authorities, seized 3.9 tonnes of cannabis at Tanger Med Port on Thursday (19 March). Authorities arrested the truck driver and launched an investigation to identify local and international trafficking networks.

The operation reflects Morocco’s intensified efforts to combat cross-border drug trafficking, particularly through major logistics hubs.
