According to reports, Malaysia’s Foreign Ministry (Wisma Putra) has issued a travel advisory for its citizens, urging them to avoid all non-essential travel to Iran due to a precarious security situation and regional instability.

Malaysians currently in Iran have been urged to make departure arrangements via commercial flights and remain vigilant if staying, avoiding public gatherings and following local authority instructions. Consular assistance available through ministry contacts during and after office hours.
