According to reports, the Leh Apex Body (ABL) and Kargil Democratic Alliance (KDA) are scheduled to attend a dialogue with representatives from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in Delhi on Wednesday (22 October).
The LAB and KDA is expected to table their demands for statehood and safeguards under the sixth schedule of the Constitution and a judicial inquiry into the previous month’s violence.
