As per reports, the Kerala Students Union (KSU) has announced a protest march to the regional office of the Thottada Government ITI in Kannur on Monday (16 December), in response to the alleged violence by the Students Federation of India (SFI) activists.
The KSU Student President accused the SFI of creating a hostile campus environment and alleged that the SFI carried out attacks on KSU members, including the ITI secretary following the re-establishment of the KSU unit. In response, the SFI State Secretary denied the accusations and countered that the KSU backed by the Leader of Opposition; V.D Satheesan incited the violence.
