Conditions include precipitation in the form of rain and snow, fog, ice formation, ground and low-level snowstorms, and strong winds in several parts of the country. The following are the detailed developments by weather phenomenon:

• Snow, rain, and mixed precipitation: Light to moderate snow and rain are expected across Kostanay, Ulytau, Karaganda, East Kazakhstan, Abai, North Kazakhstan, Akmola, Pavlodar, and Kyzylorda regions, with heavy precipitation (rain/snow) likely in parts of East Kazakhstan and Abai. The Pavlodar region is forecast to experience snow and ground blizzards during the day.
• Ground blizzards and snowstorms: Blowing or low-lying snow is expected overnight in Akmola, Karaganda, Abai, and North Kazakhstan regions, while ground blizzards are anticipated in Pavlodar and Kostanay.
• Fog conditions: Dense fog is expected overnight and in the morning across West Kazakhstan, Atyrau, Mangystau, Kyzylorda, Zhambyl, Turkestan, and Zhetisu regions, as well as in parts of Akmola, North Kazakhstan, and Kostanay regions. Reduced visibility may affect road and air travel during early hours.
• Ice formation: Widespread icy conditions are expected across Kostanay, Karaganda, Abai, Pavlodar, Zhambyl, and East Kazakhstan regions, especially on untreated roads and elevated areas, increasing the risk of slippery surfaces.
• Strong winds: Gusts of 15–20 m/s are expected in most regions, occasionally reaching 23–28 m/s in parts of East Kazakhstan, Abai, Zhetisu, and Zhambyl, particularly in mountainous and open-steppe areas. Winds will predominantly shift between southwesterly and northwesterly directions, depending on the region.
• Temperature variation: A gradual temperature drop is anticipated across eastern and central regions, maintaining frost conditions overnight in parts of Zhetisu and Almaty.
