As per reports, the following are the planned protests in parts of Indonesia on Monday (05 January):

• At around 09:00 WIB, approximately 50 participants from Gerakan Jari Pandawa are expected to stage a demonstration at Depok City Hall and the Depok City DPRD Office, located along Jl. Margonda Raya and Jl. Boulevard Depok in Depok City. The protest is being organised to demand clarification from the Depok City Government regarding the leasing of public facility land (PSU) assets. Traffic disruptions are likely along Jl. Margonda Raya and Boulevard Depok, particularly in the vicinity of government buildings. Motorists are advised to consider Jl. Juanda and Jl. Arif Rahman Hakim as alternative routes to avoid potential delays.
• At around 10:00 WIB, approximately 400 participants from Warga Penghuni Komplek Marinatama Pademangan are expected to stage a demonstration at the Marinatama Commercial Complex, located along Jl. RE. Martadinata, Pademangan, North Jakarta. The protest is being organised to demand an official explanation regarding the legal relationship between residents and Induk Koperasi Angkatan Laut (INKOPAL).

• At around 10:00 WIB, approximately 150 online drivers from Aliansi Driver Gojek untuk Keadilan are expected to gather outside the Central Jakarta District Court, located along Jl. Bungur Besar Raya, Central Jakarta. Participants are demanding that Nadiem Makarim be cleared of what they claim are unfounded allegations and irregular legal proceedings.
Localised traffic congestion is likely along Jl. Bungur Besar Raya. Jl. Gunung Sahari and Jl. Industri may be considered as alternative routes.
• At around 10:00 WIB, approximately 100 students from Koalisi Mahasiswa Indonesia Menggugat KUHP are expected to stage a protest at the DPR/MPR RI Complex, Jl. Gatot Subroto, Central Jakarta. The demonstration is being held to demand revisions to problematic articles in the Draft Criminal Procedure Code (RUU KUHAP), stronger human rights protections, and clearer legal standards.
Traffic delays are likely along Jl. Gatot Subroto and DPR/MPR access roads. Motorists are advised to use Jl. Gerbang Pemuda or Jl. Palmerah Timur

• At around 09:00 WIB, approximately 30 participants from EN-LMND are expected to demonstrate near the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA) and the Democratic Party Headquarters, Central Jakarta, demanding investigation into alleged human trafficking involving members of the North Maluku DPRD.
Disruptions may affect Jl. Medan Merdeka Barat and Jl. Proklamasi. Jl. Veteran and Jl. Diponegoro are advised.
• At around 10:00 WIB, approximately 30 participants from Konsorsium Mahasiswa dan Pemuda Indonesia are expected to gather outside the Attorney General’s Office, Jl. Sultan Hasanuddin, South Jakarta, demanding an investigation into alleged forest encroachment involving PT Masempo Dalle.
Traffic delays are likely along Jl. Sultan Hasanuddin. Jl. Panglima Polim and Jl. Iskandarsyah may be used as alternatives.
• At around 15:00 WIB, approximately 30 participants from Gerakan Hak Asasi dan Reformasi Indonesia Sejahtera are expected to demonstrate along the South Cross Monas / opposite Danareksa Building, Central Jakarta, urging the government to declare disaster status for affected regions in Sumatra.
Disruptions are likely along Jl. Medan Merdeka Selatan. Jl. Abdul Muis and Jl. Budi Kemuliaan are advised.
• At around 09:00 WIB, approximately 20 participants from Serikat Demokrasi dan Lingkungan Sulawesi Tenggara are expected to stage a demonstration at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and Baharkam Polri, located across East Jakarta and South Jakarta. The protest is being held to demand the closure of PT Krida Agri Sawita, which is accused of operating palm oil nurseries without an Environmental Impact Assessment (AMDAL).
Traffic disruptions are likely along Jl. DI Panjaitan and Jl. Trunojoyo. Motorists are advised to use Jl. MT Haryono or Jl. Panglima Polim as alternative routes.
• At around 10:00 WIB, approximately 20 participants from Aliansi Mahasiswa Peduli Indonesia are expected to stage a demonstration outside the Attorney General’s Office and the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK RI), located across South Jakarta and Central Jakarta. Participants are demanding a full investigation into the alleged misuse of funds related to driver license (SIM) and vehicle registration (STNK) issuance and renewal managed by the Indonesian National Police.
Localised traffic congestion is likely along Jl. Sultan Hasanuddin and Jl. Gatot Subroto. Jl. Panglima Polim and Jl. Sudirman may be used as alternative routes.
• At around 10:00 WIB, approximately 20 participants from Gerakan Nasional Anti Korupsi are expected to gather outside the BPJS Employment Headquarters and Jakarta Regional Office, located along Jl. Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta. The demonstration is being held to demand an investigation into alleged fictitious workplace accident insurance claims.
Traffic delays are likely along Jl. Gatot Subroto. Motorists are advised to consider Jl. Prof. Dr. Satrio or Jl. MT Haryono.
• At around 10:00 WIB, approximately 15 participants from Gerakan Mahasiswa Pengawal Aspirasi Rakyat are expected to stage a demonstration at BP BUMN RI and PT Pertamina Hulu Energi, located across Central Jakarta and South Jakarta. The protest is being organised to demand the revocation of the appointment of Denny JA as President Commissioner of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi.

• At around 10:00 WIB, approximately 15 participants from Komite Pemantau Akuntabilitas Publik are expected to demonstrate outside the PERADI Headquarters (Peradi Tower) and the Coordinating Ministry for Legal, Human Rights, and Immigration Affairs, located across East Jakarta and South Jakarta. Participants are urging Otto Hasibuan to resign due to alleged dual office-holding.
Localised congestion is likely along Jl. Ahmad Yani and Jl. HR Rasuna Said. Motorists are advised to use Jl. DI Panjaitan or Jl. Prof. Dr. Satrio.
• At around 13:00 WIB, approximately 15 participants from Persatuan Mahasiswa Adat Buru Selatan Jakarta are expected to stage a demonstration outside the Directorate General of Electricity, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, located along Jl. HR Rasuna Said, South Jakarta. The protest is being held to demand accountability from PT PLN over alleged illegal tree cutting and compensation for affected residents.
Traffic disruptions are likely along Jl. HR Rasuna Said. Jl. Prof. Dr. Satrio and Jl. Casablanca may be used as alternative routes.
• At around 06:00 WIB, approximately 10 participants from Friends of Falun Gong are expected to stage a demonstration outside the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, located along Jl. Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta. The demonstration is being held to condemn alleged violence and repression of Falun Gong practitioners in China.
Traffic disruptions are likely along Jl. Mega Kuningan. Jl. HR Rasuna Said and Jl. Prof. Dr. Satrio are advised as alternative routes.
• At around 10:00 WIB, approximately 10 participants from Ikatan Pemuda Pelajar Mahasiswa Konawe Jakarta are expected to gather outside Baharkam Polri Headquarters, located along Jl. Trunojoyo, South Jakarta. Participants are demanding an investigation into former Southeast Sulawesi Police Chief Irjen Pol. Merdisyam over alleged backing of illegal nickel ore theft.
Localised traffic congestion is likely along Jl. Trunojoyo. Jl. Panglima Polim and Jl. Iskandarsyah may be used as alternative routes.
• At around 10:00 WIB, approximately 10 participants from Kawal Integritas Pejabat dan Aparatur Sipil are expected to stage a demonstration at the Samsat Office, Depok Metro Police, located along Jl. Merdeka No. 2, Depok City. The protest is being held to demand an investigation into alleged illegal levies at the Samsat office.
Traffic disruptions are likely along Jl. Merdeka. Motorists are advised to use Jl. Margonda Raya or Jl. Juanda.
• At around 10:00 WIB, approximately 10 participants from Putra Daerah Menggugat are expected to stage a demonstration outside the Cengklong Village Office, located in Kosambi Subdistrict, Tangerang Regency. Participants are demanding a full investigation into alleged corruption of Cengklong Village funds.
Localised disruptions are likely along village office access roads. Jl. Raya Kosambi and nearby local arterial roads may be used as alternatives.
• At around 13:00 WIB, approximately 10 participants from Pergerakan Mahasiswa Keadilan Sulawesi Tenggara are expected to gather outside the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia, located along Jl. Sultan Hasanuddin, South Jakarta. The demonstration is being held to demand an investigation into PT Toshida over alleged unlicensed mining activities.
