• Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram – A yellow alert for hailstorms, thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and squalls with strong surface winds and heat wave is in the forecast for New Delhi, but a heat wave is not forecast for Gurugram. No warning has been issued in the forecast for Noida. No alert is currently active for Noida. Nowcast updates are awaited for Delhi and Gurugram.
• Bengaluru – A yellow alert for hailstorms, thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and squalls with strong surface winds has been issued in the forecast. No warning has been issued in the nowcast.
• Hyderabad – No warning has been issued in the forecast. Nowcast updates are awaited.
• Chennai – No warning has been issued in the forecast or nowcast.
• Kolkata – A yellow alert for thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and squalls with strong surface winds has been issued in the forecast. Nowcast updates are awaited.
• Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar – No warning has been issued in the forecast. Nowcast updates are awaited.
