As per the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the easterlies affecting the country on Wednesday (25 March).

• Bicol Region, Quezon, Marinduque, Romblon, Oriental Mindoro, Northern Samar, and Eastern Samar may experience cloudy skies with scattered rainfall and thunderstorms caused by easterlies, with flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rainfall.
• Metro Manila and the rest of the country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainfall or thunderstorms caused by easterlies, with flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
