As per reports, scattered rainfall, thunderstorms and strong winds are expected in parts of Vietnam from late afternoon to night hours on Friday (20 March).

Impacted locations include hilly areas of Northeast Vietnam, Northwest Vietnam, Hanoi, from Thanh Hoa to Hue, South Central coastal region, Central Highlands and Southern Vietnam.
