As per reports, on Monday (18 May), changeable weather conditions are expected across the Netherlands, including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Groningen, Eindhoven, Arnhem, Maastricht, Zwolle, and coastal areas near the North Sea, with periods of sunshine alternating with scattered rainfall. Isolated thunderstorms and small hail are also possible in some areas during daytime hours.

• Weather conditions are expected to improve gradually during Monday (18 May) night across the Netherlands, including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, The Hague, Eindhoven, Groningen, Arnhem, Maastricht, Zwolle, and coastal regions near the North Sea, as the final rainfall moves away and wider clear skies develop across inland and coastal areas. Local fog formation is possible overnight and during early morning hours in eastern and northeastern areas, including Groningen, Drenthe, Overijssel, Arnhem, and Enschede..
• Temperatures overnight into Tuesday (19 May) are forecast to decrease to approximately two degrees Celsius in colder inland regions, including Drenthe, Overijssel, Gelderland, Limburg, Arnhem, Enschede, Zwolle, and Eindhoven, while coastal areas near the North Sea, including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Haarlem, and Scheveningen, are expected to remain milder at approximately seven degrees Celsius to eight degrees Celsius. Ground freezing conditions may occur locally in inland regions during early morning hours.
• On Tuesday (19 May), sunny intervals are expected during the morning across cities including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Groningen, Eindhoven, Arnhem, and Zwolle before cloud cover gradually spreads from southwestern regions toward the northeast later in the day.
• Light rainfall is forecast in parts of the country during Tuesday (19 May) afternoon and evening hours, although significant rainfall accumulations are not expected. Coastal regions may experience a moderately strong southerly wind during this period.
• Daytime temperatures on Tuesday (19 May) are expected to range between approximately 15 degrees Celsius and 18 degrees Celsius across much of the country, including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, and Groningen.
• On Wednesday (20 May), weather conditions are forecast to remain variable across the Netherlands, including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Groningen, Eindhoven, Arnhem, Maastricht, Zwolle, and Haarlem, with alternating cloud cover and sunshine alongside scattered rainfall. Temperatures are expected to increase further, reaching approximately 17 degrees Celsius to 20 degrees Celsius in many regions.
• From Thursday (21 May) onward, a high pressure system is expected to bring more stable weather conditions across the Netherlands, including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Maastricht, Eindhoven, Groningen, Arnhem, Haarlem, and The Hague. Dry conditions, longer sunny periods, and warmer temperatures between approximately 22 degrees Celsius and 26 degrees Celsius are forecast from Thursday (21 May) through Sunday (24 May).
