As per reports, cold conditions are forecast across Barnaul and surrounding areas of Altai Krai from Friday (25 September) to Sunday (27 September), with moderate rainfall and north winds gusting up to 14 metres per second.
• Rainfall is forecast mainly on Friday (25 September) between 0600 hours local time (0000 hours UTC) and 1800 hours local time (1200 hours UTC), with light rainfall expected to continue on Saturday (26 September) morning in some areas.
• On Friday (24 September), temperatures are forecast to range between 14 to 19 degrees Celsius during the day, and dropping to 01 to 06 degrees Celsius at night.
• On Saturday (26 September), temperatures are forecast to range between 13 to 18 degrees Celsius by day and 01 to 11 degrees Celsius at night.
• On Sunday (27 September), temperatures are forecast to range between 14 to 16 degrees Celsius by day and 01 to 06 degrees Celsius at night.
• North winds are forecast at 02 to 07 metres per second with gusts up to 14 metres per second on Friday (25 September) and Saturday (26 September).
• Heavy fog during the morning is forecast in low‑lying areas and outskirts on Friday (25 September) and Saturday (26 September).
