As per reports, the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center (Ukrhydrometcenter) has forecast rainfall, wet snowfall, and frost conditions across multiple regions in Ukraine on Thursday (09 April).
Across western and central regions, including Lviv, Lutsk, Rivne, Ternopil, Khmelnytsky, Zhytomyr, and Vinnytsia, temperatures may fall to negative one degree Celsius at night, with daytime temperatures around five degrees Celsius, along with light rainfall and wet snowfall.
