As per the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH), Bulgaria will experience cold temperatures and varying wind conditions on Saturday (08 February) and Sunday (09 February).

• Minimum temperatures will range from minus six degree Celsius to minus one degree Celsius, with Sofia around minus three degree Celsius.
• Maximum temperatures will be between two degree Celsius and seven degree Celsius, with Sofia reaching four degree Celsius.
• Stronger northeastern winds in Eastern Bulgaria may cause discomfort and wind chill.
• Light snow showers expected in some areas, especially the southern coast and southwestern regions.
• Cloud cover will increase across the country, with low cloudiness expected on Sunday (09 February), leading to further temperature drops.
