The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert under nowcast for Mumbai and the Navi Mumbai region on Tuesday (21 October).

Heavy rainfall and thunderstorms have been reported in Navi Mumbai, including Ghansoli, Nerul, and Panvel areas on Tuesday (21 October).
