The India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a yellow alert for thunderstorms and heavy rainfall across Kerala from Friday-Sunday (19-21 June).

Impacted districts include Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Palakkad, Malappuram, Ernakulam, Kottayam, Idukki, Wayanad, Pathanamthitta, Thrissur, Kozhikode, Kannur, and Kasaragod.
