IDF strikes Houthi targets at Hodeidah Port on Tuesday (16 September)

As per reports, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted airstrikes targeting Houthi-controlled facilities at the port of Hodeidah, Yemen on Tuesday (16 September).

• The operation, which occurred around 1900 hours local time (1600 hours UTC), targeted upwards of 10 sites, including three docks and a command and control center.
• Reports confirm the strikes were in response to repeated Houthi Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) and missile attacks against Israel, including recent targeting of Ramon Airport near Eilat.
• Approximately 12 strikes were reported during the attack, which lasted for about 10 minutes. The port is a critical supply node for the Houthi regime.
