As per reports, the Hong Kong Observatory cancelled an amber rainstorm signal on Friday (14 June), nearly four hours after it first warned of heavy rainfall and possible flooding. However, rainfall was reported in many locations across the Tai Po, New Territories, Tsuen Wan and Yuen Long.
