As per reports, Hyderabad’s Punjagutta Police Station registered a case against unknown persons on Tuesday (09 December) for an E-mail sent to the Lok Bhavan on 03 December. The mail reportedly warned of plans to carry out bomb blasts at Lok Bhavan in Khairatabad and Praja Bhavan in Somajiguda.

On Tuesday (09 December), the staff alerted the Punjagutta police, who enhanced security and carried out anti-sabotage checks at both locations. The police later declared it a hoax E-mail after no suspicious materials were found at either site.
