As per reports, the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FHMZBIH – Federalni hidrometeorološki zavod Bosne i Hercegovine) has forecast predominantly sunny weather and high temperatures across the country through Thursday (28 May).

• Reports indicate the following extended forecast through Thursday (28 May). On Monday (26 May) and Tuesday (27 May), predominantly sunny conditions with light to moderate cloud cover are expected. Isolated weak local showers are possible in the afternoon in eastern and southeastern areas on Tuesday (26 May).
• Maximum daytime temperatures are forecast to reach between 26 and 31 degrees Celsius across most areas and up to 33 degrees Celsius in the south on Tuesday (26 May), rising further to between 27 and 32 degrees Celsius across most areas and up to 34 degrees Celsius in the south on Wednesday (27 May).
• On Thursday (28 May), predominantly sunny conditions with moderate cloud cover are expected. Isolated showers are forecast in the morning across Bosnia, with localised showers also possible in Herzegovina in the afternoon. Maximum daytime temperatures are forecast to reach between 24 and 28 degrees Celsius across most areas and up to 31 degrees Celsius in the south.
• The possibility of isolated afternoon showers and localised thunderstorms in the Krajina region on Sunday (25 May) and in eastern and southeastern Bosnia on Tuesday (26 May) may cause brief but intense rainfall events on road networks in those areas, potentially reducing visibility and creating slippery surface conditions for motorists and freight operators on mountain and rural routes.
