As per reports, a significant police presence is planned across the Paris Metropolitan Area on Saturday (31 May), to prevent civil disturbances following the Champions League final between Paris Saint-Germain Football Club (PSG) and Inter Milan.
• A total of 5,400 police officers and gendarmes will be deployed across Paris and its metropolitan area
• Traffic restrictions will be enforced on the Champs-Élysées and surrounding areas with effect from 1800 hours (local time) on Saturday (31 May) .
• Businesses in the area, except hotels, will be closed from 1900 hours (local time) on Saturday (31 May) to 0000 hours (local time) on Monday (02 June).
