As per reports, the Dominican Institute of Meteorology (INDOMET) has forecasted heavy rainfall with thunderstorms and cooler temperatures across Santo Domingo on Tuesday (13 January).

• Heavy rainfall with local accumulations of 30 to 60 millimetres and gusty winds up to 40–60 km/h during storms may be expected.
• The affected areas include Zona Colonial, Malecón, Gazcue, Los Mameyes, Alma Rosa, San Isidro, Villa Mella, and Sabana Perdida.
