As per reports, incessant moderate to heavy rainfall is expected in parts of Vietnam from Monday (03 November) to Tuesday (04 November). Affected areas include South Ha Tinh to Hue, Ha Tinh to Quang Tri, and Da Nang. Flooding can also be expected in Bo River, Huong River (Hue City) and Vu Gia River (Da Nang City) till Wednesday (05 November).
