According to the Central Weather Administration (CWA), a heavy rainfall advisory has been issued for several areas in Taiwan from Saturday evening (14 September) through the night. The advisory affects the following regions: Keelung North Coast, Taipei City, New Taipei City, Taoyuan City, Hsinchu City, Hsinchu County, Miaoli County, Taichung City, Changhua County, Nantou County, Yunlin County, Hualien County, and the Taitung County Mountain Area.
