Gas tank explosion reported in Son La on Monday (30 June)

As per reports, a gas tank explosion was reported at the as station No. 1, group 17, Le Duan street, Chieng Sinh ward, Son La city (Son La province), on Monday (30 June) at around 0830 hours (local time).

Preliminary reports indicate that one fatality has occurred, while two others sustained injuries. In addition, the store’s metal roof was damaged, and part of the factory behind the store was destroyed. Efforts for firefighting, examination, and investigation of the cause of the explosion are underway.
