As per reports, a section of Karl-Liebknecht-Straße roadway in Leipzig has been fully closed due to water damage caused by a defective drinking water pipe. The affected area spans between Kurt-Eisner-Straße and Hardenbergstraße.

The Leipzig waterworks have announced that repairs are underway and the road will remain closed until approximately Friday (06 September).
