According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology of Nepal, the partial influence of the westerly wind is currently prevailing in the country. Mist is likely to occur at some places over the Terai region on Thursday (22 January).

Partly cloudy conditions are expected over the high hilly and mountainous regions of Koshi Province and Gandaki Province, while the remaining parts of the country are forecast to experience mainly fair weather.
