As per reports, on Sunday (10 March) flood alerts have been issued by Natural Resources Wales (NRW) for several regions, including Swansea Bay and the Gower coast, Ceredigion coast from Clarach to Cardigan, the tidal area at Crofty, Carmarthenshire coast, Pembrokeshire coast, Usk Estuary, Wye Estuary in Monmouthshire, and the coast from Aberthaw to the Severn Bridge.
• These alerts are in effect for the morning and evening of Monday (11 March), and the morning of Tuesday (12 March).
• NRW emphasizes the potential for flooding due to a combination of high tides, forecasted winds, and wave heights, posing a risk to low-lying land and roads.
• The Met Office’s forecast indicates a cloudy and windy day on Monday (11 March), with an outlook of rain, drizzle, and strengthening winds expected from Tuesday (12 March) into Thursday (14 March).
