Flood alert extended around River Thames in Marlow and Bourne End as of Tuesday (10 December)

As per reports, the Environment Agency has extended the flood alert around the River Thames in Marlow and Bourne End, England, as of Tuesday (10 December) in response to sustained rainfall in recent days.

Though no more rainfall is forecast, the agency is warning that water levels are expected to be sensitive to further rainfall. Alerts have also been in place over the last two weeks in the wake of Storm Bert and Storm Darragh.
