As per reports, Dublin Airport has experienced the cancellation of more than 30 flights on Thursday (25 April) due to an air traffic control strike in France. Passengers traveling to and from French airports are particularly affected.
• As of 0700 hours (local time) on Thursday (25 April), 36 flights at Dublin Airport have been cancelled, comprising 23 departures and 13 arrivals.
• Ryanair, one of the affected airlines, had to cancel over 300 flights on Wednesday (24 April), affecting around 50,000 passengers, due to the planned strike action.
• The cancellations primarily impact flights to and from French airports such as Paris Orly, La Rochelle, and Nice. However, a Ryanair flight to Basel, Switzerland, has also been affected.
