As per the National Centre for Hydrometeorological Forecasting (NCHMF), flash floods, landslides and land subsidence warnings were issued for parts of Vietnam on Thursday (10 September).
The warning has been issued for Lao Cai, Phu Tho and Thanh Hoa due to rainfall and river conditions in these provinces.
