As per reports, the flag-off ceremony for the reconstruction and dualisation of the 376-kilometre Lambata to Bida to Mokwa to Makera to Kontagora Federal Highway is scheduled to take place in Bida at 1200 hours local time (1100 hours UTC) on Tuesday (13 October).
Reports indicate that the ceremony is expected to attract senior federal and state government officials, including the Minister of Works, Senator David Umahi, and Niger State Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago.
