As per reports, a fire outbreak was reported at a building near near 1-16 Hakataekimae, Hakata Ward , Fukuoka City on Monday (03 November). It was reported at 2159 hours (local time). Firefighters were dispatched to the scene and the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
