As per reports, emergency services are addressing two separate fires in Dublin at vacant buildings during early hours on Wednesday (21 August).

• Dublin Fire Brigade has deployed five fire engines and a turntable ladder to a fire in Ballyboden. Three engines are responding to another fire at a derelict building near Ticknock, at the foothills of the Dublin Mountains.
• Smoke from the fires is drifting across the M50. Residents nearby have been advised to close windows and doors as a precaution.
